How to Make It

  1. Add ¼ cup tahini, juice of 1 lemon, 1 small garlic clove (minced), ¼ tsp sea salt, and a pinch of black pepper to a small bowl*.

  2. Whisk to combine.

  3. Slowly add 3–4 tbsp water, whisking until smooth and pourable.

  4. Taste and adjust lemon or salt to preference.
