How to Make Tahini Dressing

Storage: Refrigerate in a jar or airtight container up to 1 week. Shake or stir before using.
How to Make It
Add ¼ cup tahini, juice of 1 lemon, 1 small garlic clove (minced), ¼ tsp sea salt, and a pinch of black pepper to a small bowl*.
Whisk to combine.
Slowly add 3–4 tbsp water, whisking until smooth and pourable.
Taste and adjust lemon or salt to preference.
