Coaching Agreement

1. Introduction
This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Coco Pierrel, acting on behalf of COCOBOUCHE LLC ("Coach"), and the purchaser ("Client") of the Eat Shed Glow™ Personalized Weight Loss Coaching Program ("Eat Shed Glow™"), effective as of the date of purchase and continuing until completion of the selected program.
WHEREAS, Client desires to engage Coach for nutrition and lifestyle coaching services through Eat Shed Glow™; and
WHEREAS, Coach agrees to provide such services under the terms and conditions set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
2. Program Options & Services Provided
Eat Shed Glow™ is offered as two distinct 6-week private coaching programs:
The Signature Weight Loss Program
The Perimenopause Weight Loss Program
Both programs include:
One (1) Initial Deep Dive Nutrition Session (60 minutes via Zoom)
One (1) Personalized Roadmap (45+ page PDF, sent within two (2) business days after the Initial Session)
Five (5) Weekly 1:1 Follow-Up Coaching Sessions (30 minutes each via Zoom)
Support between sessions via email or text message (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) throughout the 6-week program
Client acknowledges that Coach does not guarantee specific results and is not a licensed medical provider or psychotherapist.
3. Compensation & Payment
Client agrees to compensate Coach as follows:
Signature Weight Loss Program: $1,195
Perimenopause Weight Loss Program: $1,195
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. Installment payment plans may be available through Klarna at checkout.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
4. Program Duration & Expiration
The program begins on the mutually agreed start date following purchase. Client must complete the program within seven (7) consecutive weeks from the start date.
No pause periods are allowed once the program begins. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
The Initial Deep Dive Nutrition Session must be scheduled within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Failure to schedule will result in program expiration without refund.
5. Payment Authorization & Chargebacks
Client authorizes Coach to charge the provided payment method. Coach is not responsible for overdraft or non-sufficient funds (NSF) charges. Unwarranted chargebacks shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for cancellations, missed sessions, or non-participation.
7. Early Termination
Coach reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if continued coaching is not beneficial due to professional or ethical reasons. If terminated by Coach, Client will be refunded for any unused follow-up sessions at $100 per session.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client may reschedule Follow-Up Sessions within the same week with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
9. Zoom Session Guidelines
Sessions must be attended on time and in a distraction-free environment. Sessions may not be conducted while walking, driving, or engaging in unrelated activities.
10. Additional Coaching Sessions
After completing the program, Clients may purchase additional follow-up sessions:
Single Follow-Up Session (45 minutes): $195
Bundle of 4 Sessions: $740 ($185 per session)
Bundle of 8 Sessions: $1,400 ($175 per session)
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided by Coach are proprietary. Client may not copy, distribute, or use any materials for business or teaching purposes.
12. Confidentiality
Coach may use anonymized case studies or testimonials for professional purposes. Client’s identity will only be disclosed with explicit written consent.
13. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide accurate information, participate fully in sessions, and apply the strategies provided.
Client understands that their results depend on their own efforts, consistency, and commitment.
14. Between-Session Support
Clients may contact Coach via text (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) or email (anytime). Coach will respond within 24 business hours. Detailed topics will be addressed in the next scheduled session.
15. Medical Disclaimer
Coach is not a licensed medical provider, registered dietitian, or psychotherapist.
Eat Shed Glow™ is not a substitute for medical advice.
Client agrees to consult their healthcare provider before making major health, dietary, or lifestyle changes.
16. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Client assumes all risks associated with dietary and lifestyle changes. Client releases COCOBOUCHE LLC, its employees, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
17. Arbitration & Governing Law
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
18. Insurance Representation
Client warrants that they are covered by a health insurance policy that includes accident and medical coverage.
19. Limited Liability Clause
COCOBOUCHE LLC makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. Client waives all claims against COCOBOUCHE LLC and its representatives, except where prohibited by law.
20. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
No amendment shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
By enrolling in Eat Shed Glow™, Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
