How to Make It
Add juice of ½ lemon, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, and a pinch of black pepper to a small bowl or directly onto your salad*.
Whisk or toss to combine.
Taste and adjust lemon or salt to preference.
