How To Make Morning Oats

Morning oats prepared for weight loss using the Eat Shed Glow® method

Storage: Best fresh. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Reheat with a splash of water or milk.

How to Make It

  1. Add 1 cup rolled oats to a saucepan with 2 cups water or milk of choice and a pinch of sea salt.

  2. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and creamy.

  4. Remove from heat and let sit 1–2 minutes before serving.
