How To Make Morning Oats

How to Make It
Add 1 cup rolled oats to a saucepan with 2 cups water or milk of choice and a pinch of sea salt.
Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and creamy.
Remove from heat and let sit 1–2 minutes before serving.
