How to Make It
Rinse 1 cup white rice until water runs clear.
Add to a pot with 2 cups water, 1 tsp olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt.
Bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce to low, simmer 15 minutes.
Rest covered 5 minutes, fluff with fork.
