How to Make It

  1. Rinse 1 cup white rice until water runs clear.

  2. Add to a pot with 2 cups water, 1 tsp olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt.

  3. Bring to a boil.

  4. Cover, reduce to low, simmer 15 minutes.

  5. Rest covered 5 minutes, fluff with fork.
