How to Cook Perfect Meatballs

How to cook perfect meatballs for weight loss using the Eat Shed Glow® method.

How to Make It

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 lb ground meat with sea salt, black pepper, optional garlic powder or onion powder, and 1–2 tablespoons of water or milk.

  2. Gently mix just until combined. Do not overwork the meat.

  3. Roll into golf ball–sized meatballs.

  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add about 1 tablespoon avocado oil, olive oil, butter, or ghee.

  5. Add meatballs to the pan and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 12–15 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat and serve.
