How to Make Healthy Caesar Dressing

How to Make It
Add ¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 1 small garlic clove (minced), 1 tsp Dijon mustard, and ¼ tsp sea salt to a small bowl*.
Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Stir in 2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese**.
Taste and adjust lemon, garlic, or salt to preference.
Thin with 1–2 tbsp water if needed.
