How to Make It
Grate ½ English cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture with a clean towel or paper towels.
Add 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt*, the grated cucumber, 1 small garlic clove (minced), 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, and ¼ tsp sea salt to a bowl.
Stir in 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill.
Mix until combined.
Taste and adjust lemon, garlic, or salt to preference**.
