Notes

Chimichurri is an Argentinian sauce traditionally served with grilled meats. It's naturally healthy, packed with fresh herbs and olive oil, and takes just 10 minutes. Enjoy drizzled over steak, chicken, fish, roasted vegetables, or grain bowls.

*For a milder version: reduce or omit the red pepper flakes.

**For extra brightness: add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
