How to Make Easy Chimichurri

Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before serving.
How to Make It
Finely chop 1 cup fresh parsley, ¼ cup fresh cilantro, and 3–4 garlic cloves.
Transfer to a bowl and add ½ cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, ½ tsp sea salt, ¼ tsp red pepper flakes*, and a pinch of black pepper.
Stir to combine.
Taste and adjust vinegar, salt, or red pepper flakes to preference**.
Let sit 10 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
