How to Make Zucchini Noodles (Zoodles)

How to Make It
Wash and trim the ends of 2–3 medium zucchinis.
Spiralize into noodle shapes or slice thinly with a julienne peeler.
Heat a large pan over medium heat with 1 tsp olive oil.
Add zucchini noodles and a pinch of sea salt.
Sauté for 3–5 minutes, tossing gently, until just tender.
Remove from heat immediately to prevent excess moisture.

Zucchini noodles pair well with classic sauces like pesto, tomato sauce, olive oil and garlic, or sautéed cherry tomatoes. Treat them like regular pasta when building a meal.
