Pear, Cured Ham & Walnut Salad
A perfect dish for summer hosting – with a seasonal twist
This light but satisfying salad makes the perfect centerpiece or side for summer gatherings. It combines sweet pears (or stone fruit), salty cured ham, toasted walnuts, and peppery arugula for a vibrant, elevated plate that’s blood sugar-friendly and full of flavor.
Pears come into season in late summer, but if you’re making this in early summer or June, feel free to swap in ripe nectarines, peaches, or even sliced cherries. The magic is in the contrast of salty, sweet, and crunch— literally a healthy salad that is dressed to impress!
