How to make perfect boiled eggs for weight loss using the Eat Shed Glow® method

How to Make It

  1. Place 2-4 eggs in a single layer in a saucepan.

  2. Cover with cold water by about 1 inch.

  3. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

  4. Once boiling, cover the pot and remove from heat.

  5. Let eggs sit in hot water:

    • 6.5 minutes for soft-boiled (perfect jammy yolk)

    • 10 minutes for hard-boiled (fully set yolk)

  6. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.

  7. Peel or store unpeeled in the refrigerator.

Notes
