How to Make It

  1. Rinse 1 cup quinoa under cold water until water runs clear.

  2. Add quinoa to a saucepan with 2 cups water and a pinch of sea salt.

  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  4. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.

  5. Remove from heat, keep covered 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
