How to Make It
Rinse 1 cup quinoa under cold water until water runs clear.
Add quinoa to a saucepan with 2 cups water and a pinch of sea salt.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
Remove from heat, keep covered 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
