Notes

Ground meat is one of the most versatile proteins and works well in bowls, salads, wraps, sauces, or paired with vegetables and carbs.

*This method works well with 90% lean ground beef (ideally grass-fed), ground turkey, or bison. It also works for ground chicken, which may need an extra minute or two of cooking to ensure it is fully cooked through.

**Coco’s favorite flavor twist: Instead of salt, add a small splash of soy sauce, plus generous onion powder and a sprinkle of cumin while cooking. It adds depth and umami without needing extra sauces.
