How to Bake Perfect Chicken Breast (Oven)

How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat boneless, skinless chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Place chicken on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
Lightly coat with avocado oil spray, then season both sides with sea salt and black pepper*.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from the oven and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
