Yes. After completing Eat Shed Glow™, you can book Follow-Up Coaching Sessions for continued support, accountability, or help navigating lifestyle changes such as moving, weddings, or travel.
Sessions are 45 minutes via Zoom and can be scheduled as a one-time check-in or on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

This program is not covered by insurance. All sessions must be completed within the 6-week timeframe, and the program is non-refundable.
