Yes. Once you complete the Eat Shed Glow™ program, you’ll have the option to book Follow-Up Coaching Sessions for continued support, accountability, or lifestyle troubleshooting (moving, wedding, travel etc).
Sessions are 45 minutes via Zoom and can be used one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
